If it's your first booking with Urban Brow Co, you will receive an email with a link to fill out an intake form (Check your spam folder). Please don't ignore this request. It cuts down the consultation time and leaves more time for treatment. This email will also give you all the details of your booking and where to find me. Please note that I don't answer phone calls during appointments (this is usually from 9am-9pm), Please send a txt to 0405 315 514, an email to relax@urbanbeautyco.com or message my Facebook or Instagram page for a quick response.

 Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to have a consultation and be ready for treatment to start on time. Late arrivals will only shorten your treatment time. 

​

For certain treatments, you may be required to remove jewellery items. We do provide a safe place to store these items whilst you visit, however you may prefer to leave these items at home.  Whilst all due care is taken, they are stored at Urban Brow Co. at your own risk.

As this is a service based business, please consider rescheduling your appointment if you are feeling unwell to prevent the spread of illness onto others. Whilst all COVID-19 practices are in place, you enter the salon at your own risk of contracting COVID-19. 

​

Whilst children are permitted in the salon, please advise when booking if you are bringing company. Some treatments are not suitable to be performed with children due to health & safety.  If given notice, I can try to provide a child friendly environment, however children are not permitted into the salon for a cosmetic tattoo appointment as it breaches infection control standards.
